Festival Sponsorship Report
2015-16

We are $5700 short of our target of $65,000. We have reached $59,300 in commitments. The good news is that we have several people with prospects. Our deadline for sponsorships is March 15 as we need to develop the various recognition media that each sponsor is entitles. The bottom line is that we have 45 days to develop $5700 or more in sponsorships.
We have several new sponsors, Lavezzari Insurance, Abundant Health & Wellness Center, Byrne Metals, Kingwood Pines Hospital, REM Communications and Ability Tree Experts.  Several Rotarians have stepped forward to make contacts re new sponsors. Eric, Dr. Sconzo, Brian and Pam have acquired new sponsors.

We will pass out the raffle ticket this Wednesday. The raffle tickets include recognition for Silver sponsors. This does not mean we can’t bring on Silver sponsors, but we need to all be aware that they will not receive this portion of Recognition. All of the other recognition lasts year round. The major benefit of a sponsorship is what it does for the needs of the community and the opportunity that it gives to those in need.

How do we raise $5700 to meet last year’s level?  Lets reach out to our friends and associates for prospects. Bronze sponsorships add up. Let me know how I can help.
